Steve Silverstein, CEO
Steve Silverstein is a former AT&T Corporate Account Executive in midtown Manhattan, New York City for two years. Starting first under the Cingular flag in 2006, selling into mid-market companies in the most aggressive and competitive market in the country. Achieved over 110% of Revenue and Unit Attainment each year. Steve started Triple Play Wireless in February of 2008 because he saw a need for more accurate, timely fulfillment of customer and CAE’s ordering, DSP understanding of a “day-in-the life” of a CAE, as well as the future in wireless where there is an ROI for companies looking to deploy line-of-business applications in order to increase productivity and business continuity in the workplace.

John Zacharia, VP of Business Development
John Zacharia comes equipped with 12 years of wireless telcommunicaiton experience. Achieving President Club recognition six times with companies such as Pagenet, Globix, and Skytel before coming over to AT&T Wireless in 2004. At AT&T Wireless John was a top-seller in Manhattan and leader amongst the salesforce for four years. Knowing the Cingular and AT&T Value Proposition like the back of his hand, John sold and deployed numerous MAC Agreements consisting of 300-500 Blackberry units resulting in a promotion in 2007 to Onboarding Sales Manager. This AT&T position was created during the same time as the implementation of the College Hire Program, and as OSM John shared with CAE’s his experiences as a CAE, taught them how to sell and position AT&T effectively, as well as how to navigate through AT&T’s back-end systems in order get things done and engage the proper resources in order to maximize your selling and customer-facing time.

Annie Chau Ramil, Director of Sales – Pacific Region
Annie comes to us with 10 years of sales experience, the last 3 with AT&T in the Premier Client Group and Acquisitions Channels in New York City. She was a successful Sales Executive handling MAC contracts ranging from $45K-$600K, as well as acquiring new business from white space accounts. Her previous B2B sales position was what brought her to New York from Colorado, which is where her career began. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved after graduating from college. After almost 5 years in New York, she decided it was time to move back to The Bay Area and accepted this position to help expand Triple Play Wireless’ footprint on the West Coast. She will be working with AT&T’s sales force in CA, OR, WA, NV, CO, AZ, NM, UT, ID, AK, and HI.

Monica Stapp, Director of Fulfillment
Monica Stapp is responsible for the management of the activations mailbox, all order fulfillment and compliance with the IMAP channel’s co-sell program.
